DESCRIPTION:Reconnect is a FREE\, annual event organised by the Moreton Bay Housing and Homelessness Network for people experiencing housing stress or homelessness in Moreton Bay. \nThis year’s event will be held on Thursday 12th June at the Redcliffe Hockey Fields (entry via Lamington Drive\, Redcliffe) \nThere will be a range of donated goods for people to take away. \nWhen: Thursday 12th June 2025 at 9:00am – 12:30pm\nWhere: Redcliffe Hockey Fields (behind Encircle Redcliffe Neighbourhood Centre – 1 Lamington Drive\, Redcliffe) \nHomelessness and Housing distress is currently a major issue across Australia\, with the increased cost of living\, sale of investment properties\, and increase of rents. \nThe Reconnect Event aims to: \n Raise awareness of homelessness in our region\, dispel myths about the causes of homelessness and provide an opportunity for community members to become involved in reducing homelessness in our region. \n Provide an opportunity for people who are homeless\, or need some support to keep their homes\, to connect with community organisations and services. \n Provide an opportunity for organisations and workers who are helping people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to connect\, work collaboratively\, and join the Moreton Bay Housing and Homelessness Network Action Plan. \n Hot food\, drinks\, and other material resources will also be available on the day. \nIt will be a way to access information and support from government\, non-government\, community\, and private services all in one place.

DESCRIPTION:Sing&Grow is a FREE Music Therapy service for families with children aged from birth to 5 years. Groups usually meet for an hour\, once a week\, for 6 weeks. \nDuring the sessions\, a music therapist will lead you through singing\, dancing and playing musical instruments with your child.
