DESCRIPTION:Sesame Lane Care & Kindergarten and Encircle Limited have formed a community partnership to reduce social isolation in our Senior community members and support young Kindergarten children in relating to others\, and to reconnect our generations. \nOnce a week\, a group of Seniors (the Connection Club) are welcomed into Sesame Lane (Kippa-Ring). A Kindergarten class of around 15-20 children meet with the seniors for social fun and activities. Activities include things like art\, craft\, ball games\, story reading\, cooking experiences\, sharing morning tea and any activities that the club members may find enjoyable.
