We assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, financial hardship, domestic and family violence, mental health challenges, substance misuse, food insecurity and social isolation.
We’re looking for a compassionate, resilient and emotionally intelligent Reception and Administration Officer to join our Neighbourhood Centres team working across Kallangur, Redcliffe and Lawnton.

- Access to laundry facilities
- Connection to community programs and support services
- A safe and welcoming environment for people experiencing hardship
There will be times when individuals present in a heightened emotional state due to the circumstances they are experiencing. Some interactions may be challenging or confrontational. Success in this role requires someone who can remain calm, professional and compassionate under pressure, while understanding that these presentations are usually driven by crisis, stress and frustration rather than personal intent.
We’re seeking someone who is robust, resilient and confident in managing difficult conversations while maintaining empathy, professional boundaries and respect for every person who walks through our doors.

- Respond to enquiries in person, by phone and electronically.
