Encircle Pine Rivers Community Legal Service (EPRCLS), a program of Encircle Community Services, is seeking a Legal Administration Support Worker to provide vital administrative and reception support across our Strathpine and Caboolture locations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a respected community legal service that provides free legal assistance to people across Moreton Bay.
About Us
Encircle Community Services has been supporting the Moreton Bay community since 1987. We are a community-owned organisation committed to helping people live with dignity through access to support, advocacy, and essential services. EPRCLS provides free legal advice, information, referral services, and community legal education to vulnerable members of our community.
About the Role
As the Legal Administration Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the legal service. Working closely with solicitors, volunteers, law students and the administration team, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing professional reception and client service support
- Managing appointments, calls, emails and correspondence
- Coordinating and maintaining solicitor and volunteer rosters
- Supporting volunteer recruitment, induction and training
- Maintaining client records and data within Actionstep (or similar systems)
- Producing reports and managing administrative processes
- Assisting with legal service delivery and community outreach activities
- Providing onsite administrative support at both Strathpine and Caboolture offices
- Supporting meetings, training events and client surveys

About You
You are highly organised, adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional service. You thrive in collaborative environments while also being able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
To be successful, you will bring:
Essential Skills and Experience
- Certificate III in Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in administration, reception or a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience coordinating rosters and calendars
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Experience working with volunteers or diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic and professional when working with vulnerable clients
- Understanding of social justice principles and commitment to inclusive practice
- Current Driver Licence and ability to travel regularly between Strathpine and Caboolture
- National Police Check and Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
Highly Regarded
- Experience in community services, legal services or the not-for-profit sector
- Experience using Actionstep or a similar client management system
