Join us for Growing Resilience, a free 6-week mental health program from Grow Australia, designed to support mental health and resilience.

  • Join us for a free resilience program delivered by a Grow facilitator.
  • Take part in six weekly sessions, each lasting up to 60 minutes.
  • Receive handouts to help you follow along and get the most from each session.
  • Learn in a supportive group environment with guidance from an experienced facilitator who will be there throughout the program.

Week 1: Live in the now and hope for the future (Calming your emotions when you feel unsettled about state of uncertainty in the world right now)
Week 2: Feeling overwhelmed (Coping strategies for when you feel as if there is too much going on and you don’t know where to start)
Week 3: Exercise as a Mental Health medicine (Understanding how our physical health can affect our mental health and forming a plan to look after both)
Week 4: Managing loss and gaining perspective (Understanding how the feelings we experience around loss are temporary and that we can rebuild and find happiness)
Week 5: Managing feelings during stressful times (Identifying which feelings are not serving you well during stressful times and dealing with them)
Week 6: Managing healthy relationships (Identifying and dealing with common triggers and patters which affect our dealings with others)

When: Weekly on a Thursday from 2nd July – 6th August 2026
Time: 10.30am – 11.30am
Where: Encircle Redcliffe Neighbourhood Centre (1 Lamington Drive, Redcliffe)
