- Meal Preparation
Week 2:
- Time Saving ideas
- Batch cooking
- Weekly meal planning
Week 3:
- How to use one main ingredient in a different ways
- Seasonal produce
- Spices and leftovers
When: Thursday (weekly) from 8 August for 3 weeks
