Wheel of Well-Being Workshop
February 26, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until March 12, 2025
Over the past fifteen years, there has been a growing field of research that combines aspects of psychology, health and economics to explore what makes us happy – and what kind of things we can do to improve our well-being.
The wheel of well-being (WoW) program* has been developed to shape new ways to improve well-being and positive mental health.
More and more research is showing us how certain things we do can improve our moods, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen relationships, and keep us healthy.
Encircle is running a FREE three-week group program using the WoW strategy to boost health and happiness and give you useful tools for stress reduction and mindfulness.
Watch the video to learn more about the WoW strategy or read about the program launch.
