Bringing Up Great Kids (Kallangur)

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until August 21, 2025
The Bringing Up Great Kids (BUGK) Program is an integrated suite of activities and tools that are unique and offer all parents and carers a fresh way to understand and enact relationships with their children.
It has been evaluated and found to be an effective program in supporting the development of mindful and positive relationships between parents/carers and children.
BUGK is constantly evolving and has now developed into new variations that meet the needs of parents from different backgrounds and with different experiences.
BUGK focuses on:
- Building positive and nurturing relationships between parents and their children
- Supporting parents to review and enhance their patterns of communication with their children
- Promoting more respectful interactions and encouraging the development of children’s positive self-identity
When: 4-week program (Thursdays 31st July 2025 – 21st August 2025)
Where: Encircle Kallangur Neighbourhood Centre (51 Marsden Road, Kallangur)
Time: 10:00am – 1:30pm
