The Play Matters Early Childhood Coordination initiative helps families connect with essential early education, health, and development services, addressing barriers and building on their strengths.
By guiding families through pathways to playgroups, kindergarten, and school, the program ensures children are developmentally ready to thrive in their educational journey.
