Encircle is seeking an experienced and values-driven Housing and Homelessness Coordinator to lead the delivery of our Housing & Homelessness programs across the Moreton Bay region.
Reporting to the Housing and Neighbourhoods Manager, this operational leadership position provides operational oversight of housing and homelessness services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, program performance, and positive outcomes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing stress or tenancy vulnerability.
Working across our Kallangur, Lawnton and Redcliffe locations, you will lead a team of professionals and play a key role in shaping service excellence and driving strategic growth.
About the role
As the Housing and Homelessness Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the delivery and performance of Housing and Homelessness programs.
- Provide leadership, supervision and support to Team Leaders and staff.
- Champion strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice.
- Monitor program outcomes, compliance and reporting requirements.
- Manage budgets, resources, risk and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain productive stakeholder and sector relationships.
- Contribute to organisational planning, service development and innovation.
- Participate as a member of the Housing and Neighbourhoods Leadership Team.

About you
You will bring:
- Significant experience within housing, homelessness or community services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and programs.
- Strong understanding of housing and homelessness systems and tenancy issues.
- Experience managing budgets, compliance, reporting and operational priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership skills.
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe and person-centred practice.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Community Development, Psychology or a related discipline.
