The Grief and Loss Program is held over 3 sessions in a supportive group environment.
Guided by the four tasks of grief, sessions will provide psycho-education, craft, and reflection to provide insight, support and hope along your grief journey.
- Learn about different types of grief and grievers
- Identify self-care practices and support systems
- Understand how grief impacts our body, mind and spirit
- Meaning making and looking forward
When: Tuesdays 20th May – 3 June 2025 (3 week program)
Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm (weeks 1 and 2) / 9:00am – 12:00pm (week 3)
Where: Encircle Kallangur Neighbourhood Centre (51 Marsden Road, Kallangur)
