Join us and Saints Care for a 3-week program looking at healthy eating on a budget.

Week 1:

  • Basic Nutrition
  • What’s a serve of fruit & veg?
  • Meal Preparation

Week 2:

  • Time Saving ideas
  • Batch cooking
  • Weekly meal planning

Week 3:

  • How to use one main ingredient in a different ways
  • Seasonal produce
  • Spices and leftovers

When: Thursday (weekly) from 8 August for 3 weeks
Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Where: Encircle Redcliffe Neighbourhood Centre, 1 Lamington Drive, Redcliffe
