International Women’s Day (Lawnton)

Join us for a special International Women’s Day celebration of choice, creativity, and connection with Tanya from Inner Atman Expressions.

This uplifting gathering invites women to reconnect with their body and spirit through a mindful movement dance experience, followed by a hands-on clay and affirmation activity designed to gently rebuild and honour your inner self.

Bring your girls, your friends, your sisters—and come reconnect with the woman inside.

You don’t need to be creative, a dancer, or a perfectionist to belong here. This is your invitation to leave expectations at home and simply show up as you are.

This is a space to pause, reflect, and shape what empowerment looks like for you. At a welcoming, unhurried pace, women are encouraged to express, move, create, and connect in a supportive, relaxed, and joy-filled environment.
